On Trend Bathroom Colour Palette

When people think about redecorating their bathroom, it is always the materials you think of first. A new sink or an on trend bath style is not the only way you can spruce up your bathroom. A fresh coat of paint can greatly enhance the look off your bathroom and won’t break the bank!

What colours should you be thinking about?

For 2021 the bathroom trends have really taken off. It may be the fact that we have been at home a lot more or that we have that little bit more money as we are unable to jet off to some beautiful island. Whatever it is, now is the time for a bathroom revamp.

Pale Blue Tone

Blue is a classic colour for a bathroom, as it is to state the obvious the main colour that represents water and the sea. In 2021 pale blue in particular is an on trend bathroom colour. Dusty blue with a hint of grey takes the classic colour but adds a contemporary twist. If you prefer the brighter shades but do not want your bathroom to go out of style quickly then a clean, crisp blue tone is right for you. This shade also won’t overpower in a smaller bathroom.

Nudes and Neutrals

If you wish to stick with the classics… neutrals are still in! You cant go wrong with neutral tones when it comes to your bathroom colour palette. Nudes and neutrals work well if you love to constantly buy little bits and pieces for your bathroom as it means you are not tied to one colour. These tones also lend themselves to a ‘vibe’ that is very in at the minute, the minimal ‘vibe’. This trend has see a rise over the last year or so, it almost looks bear but if done right can give your bathroom interior a clean look that suits any bathroom.

Greens

The green colour palette first made its way into kitchens but now that same moody green tone is trending across bathrooms. The Moody green is a statement colour that works well with funky or plain bathroom tiles. Moody green tones can give your bathroom a statement look without appearing too dark, perfect for an elegant and timeless look.

Earthy Yellows

Yellow can be a risk colour to get right. Some yellows can look a little tacky, others can look faint and sometimes they just do not suit the look you are going for. Soaks Bathrooms has found that if you stay clear of colder yellow tones and stick to the rich ochres tones you can create a warm and bright bathroom look.
