At Soaks Bathrooms we’ll help you make the most of your available space. If your current bathroom doesn’t work, we’ll rethink it. We feel it’s crucial to take time over the layout and explore all options fully. Only by doing this can you truly realise the potential of your bathroom. We want our clients to feel relaxed and unhurried throughout the design process. We’ve invested in the best 3D and 4D bathroom design software available to ensure you can visualise every last detail even down to tiles, wall recesses and accessories. You can even try our cutting edge Virtual Reality 4D headset, you will really get a feeling of the space and see what your new bathroom will look like. All we need are your bathroom measurements and we can make a start on your dream bathroom!

Before you visit
You can best utilise your visit to our showroom through bringing the exact sizes of your bathroom space, including ceiling height, window & door sizes as this enables us to create accurate 3D images of your bathroom. Find out if you have a ‘gravity fed’ or ‘pressurised’ hot water system, this means we can quote for a shower suitable to your pressure. If you are unsure a quick photo on your mobile of your hot water cylinder in your hot press or your gas-combi boiler should be sufficient to confirm which water system you have.
If you are unable to do this, please contact the showroom and we may even be able to organise a home visit locally.
Initial Visit
During your initial visit to our impressive Belfast showroom, we recommend you spend time browsing through our two floors of displays totaling 7,000sq ft. You most definitely will be spoilt for choice, with around 100 displays, the U.K and Ireland's largest operational Hansgrohe shower display, we have over 50 toilets on display which 15 are flushing!. This will give you a good idea of what’s in trend and what style you might like whether it be traditional, ultra modern or something in between. Our displays vary in size to give you a realistic feeling of what's possible for your available space. We also offer special discount on tiles when you are ordering your bathroom with us.
Initial Consultation
After you have browsed through our showroom, one of our bathroom designers will discuss styles, products, specification and budget for your new bathroom(s). Our team have an in depth knowledge in bathroom layout, plumbing, water pressure and all other technicalities.
Your bathroom designer will help you choose everything you require for your new bathroom. You'll then receive a quotation detailing the breakdown cost of each item. At Soaks our prices are extremely competitive but in the unlikely case you do find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will match the price.
3D & 4D Design Service
At Soaks Bathrooms we understand that choosing a bathroom is often a once in a lifetime process, that's why we want your bathroom to be perfect. We are pleased to offer a professional 3D design service to bring you a step closer to creating your ideal bathroom. Our showroom staff have been professionally trained with Inno+ and Virtual Worlds 3D & 4D CAD design software, enabling them to design bathrooms - no matter the size or shape. Additionally, we work closely with our suppliers to provide bespoke solutions to compliment your style.
As we make it priority for your bathroom to be perfect, the 3D & 4D design service will open your eyes to the hidden potential of your bathroom. The CAD designs and 3D visualisations will be produced to the exact scale and shape of your bathroom, with any unique features in your space accounted for to make the representation as real-life as possible. A variety of products, moods and colours can be reflected before you make your final choice.
We will then create realistic 3d renders showing different options and layout possibilities for your new bathroom and send them to you by e-mail.
Follow-up Consultations
To enable you to make the correct choice for your new bathroom it will likely take several visits to our showroom, especially due to the amount of choice, it’s a process that takes time to get right for you. If needed, we will be in contact with your plumber at this stage to advise of the products and fitting details. We want you to enjoy your new bathroom.
Site Visit
Dependent on the complexity and size of the project we may recommend meeting yourself, your plumber, builder and electrician on site to go through the design and fitting options.
Lead Times
Due to our high sales volumes, reputation with manufacturers and regular deliveries from manufacturers, if we do not have what you require in stock can usually have most items within 2 weeks. This excludes special order items, including bespoke coloured shower trays (3-4 weeks) and bespoke custom manufactured bathroom furniture (6-8 weeks) Before booking your installer, please check with your bathroom designer for lead times on your specific items as it can vary due to holiday’s etc
Payment & Delivery
We operate with a 30% deposit at time of ordering and the balance 5 days prior to delivery. Delivery is free throughout Ireland for all orders over £1,500, for smaller orders there may be a small delivery charge.
Staged Deliveries
We can, at no extra cost provide your delivery in different stages, this will ensure the plumber has everything ready for when installing and that valuable goods are not at risk from being damaged / stolen.
With our extremely large stock holdings we stock most first fix bathroom items, including shower valves, shower trays etc. This enables us to provide an un-rivalled service in which we can in most cases have first fix bathroom items delivered next day to site. This excludes special order items.
Installation
Soaks Bathrooms have around 12 different recommended installation teams, should you need your new bathroom(s) installed, we can recommend you a ‘Soaks Approved Installer’. All ‘Soaks Approved Installers’ work is vetted before we recommend them, we also complete regular checks on work they carry out to ensure our customers get the highest quality of installation. We do not have any financial gain through our installers; we just want our customers to have a quality installation at good value.
