It has been an absolute delight and pleasure to have been nominated for the most prestigious awards in the bathroom industry. It has been both an honour and a humbling experience to have won all the major awards in our category. We really enjoy being finalist and we enjoy winning these tremendous accolades, but that is not and never has been our aim.

Our aim is and always has been, to provide the best service and the very best product to our customers. Our aim is to allow our customers to reach for the stars in their desire for their ideal bathroom, to show them that dream in 3D & 4D designs. Our aim is seeing the smile of satisfaction on our customers faces, when that dream is completed in their homes.

To be finalists and winners in these tremendous joint UK and Ireland Industry Award Events, we have to be the best Showroom in the British Isles, providing the best service in the British Isles, and having the most satisfied customers in the British Isles.

Our aim has never been winning awards, but what a wonderful acknowledgment of our efforts.

KBB UK & Ireland Bathroom Retailer of the Year 2020 (Finalist)

We were honoured to be a finalist in KBB UK & Ireland Bathroom Retailer of the year in 2020. The most prestigious award in the bathroom industry. Held at the Hilton Hotel in Birmingham to coincide with the KBB exhibition. Hosted by comedian Tom Allen.

BKU Awards- UK & Ireland Best Customer Service 2020 (Finalist)

We were delighted to be a finalist in the BKU UK & Ireland Customer Service Award in 2020. Due to the Covid situation the BKU Awards ceremony moved to a digital platform as the winners were revealed during a live-streamed ceremony on Thursday 18 July.

The most prestigious award in the bathroom industry. The event, celebrating its 25th year in 2019, was held in the Victoria Warehouse – a converted cotton warehouse symbolising the proud industrial heritage of the city. Hosted by Steph McGovern.

The Essential Kitchen & Bathroom Business Awards ceremony was held at The Brewery in the City of London with sports broadcaster Clive Tyldesley as the host. It was a superb day and we were delighted to be awarded with UK & Ireland Best Bathroom Retailer 2019 .

Our founder and Director Wayne Lyons was honoured to receive the coveted Ulster Tatler Businessman of the Year award 2019. The glittering ceremony was held at St Anne’s Cathedral in Belfast. Hosted by the UTV’s Pamela Ballantine it was a superb evening.
